• Free tickets for non-holiday Mondays can be booked on the web, once capacity is reached, access will not be allowed. If there were unreserved tickets they would be offered at the box office, preferably by calling to ask. This is determined so that you don't have to wait in queues for an hour.
• On windy days, over 50 kmts/hour, the Palace can be completely or partially closed for visitor safety. Information would be provided at the same front door.

  Access to the Palace and the ticket office closes at 19:15, and vacations are vacated at 19:50 hours
• Winter (October to March) from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  Access to the Palace and the ticket office closes at 17:15, and eviction is at 17:50
• Closed on January 1 and 6 and December 25. The previous days it will be open until 15:00 hours.
• The Management of Las Dueñas may modify the opening hours in those situations in which it deems necessary.

Regulations

General access rules: ‍

• Access requires the possession of a valid ticket with a QR code that must be kept until departure and may be requested by Las Dueñas staff. The tickets are personal and non-transferable, valid only for the day, time and number of people indicated on them. Exchanges or returns are not allowed.
• The price of tickets and the reduction and/or free policy will be those established on the website and on the Las Dueñas information media. The reduction and/or free admission must always be justified by an official document updated on the day of the visit at the box office.
• Children under 14 years of age cannot access the space alone and must be accompanied by an adult throughout the visit.
• Access to the store requires having purchased a ticket to Las Dueñas.
• The purchase of a reduced ticket requires that you show the official, valid and updated accreditation of the condition.

• Access to the store requires having purchased a ticket to Palacio de Liria.
• Visitors must follow the instructions of the staff at all times.
• Access to the building with objects or substances that may pose a risk to the integrity of people and works of art (weapons, dangerous substances, large objects, sharp and sharp objects, etc.) is prohibited. All bags and packages must pass security control.
• It is not allowed to enter the venue with travel bags that exceed the dimensions of the luggage compartment.
• Access to any type of animal is not allowed, except guide dogs or therapeutic aids, always with prior and express authorization from the organization and with the corresponding accreditation.
• Access to people with obvious symptoms of drunkenness or with symptoms of being under the influence of drugs is prohibited.

• As a recommendation for hiring the guided tour service, the telephone numbers of Official Guides of Seville are listed in the GUIDED TOURS section of this page.
• Four group visits of more than 15 can be made for each time slot, so that there is a distance of 15 minutes at the start of the visit in each of the groups (a maximum of one group every quarter of an hour)
• The guided tour can be booked at grupos@lasduenas.es 48 hours before the visit
• The fixed schedules must be respected
• A guided group is recommended to consist of a maximum of 30 people (including the guide).
• The maximum guided tour time will be 60 minutes, after which you can continue your visit individually.
• To reduce noise and improve the visitor's stay, the use of Group Guidance Systems will be mandatory for groups of more than 8 people + a guide (microphone and headphones) and will be the responsibility of the hired Guide.
• Groups must arrive 15 minutes before the visit time in order to carry out the procedures prior to the visit.
• Free guided tours are not allowed on Mondays due to the accumulation of people in the rooms.
